John Jose is the Chief Financial Officer at Archetype Energy. Mr. Jose manages the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring sound financial management to support Archetype’s development activities.
In addition to this, Mr. Jose is the Chief Financial Officer of Climate Commodities (CC), a global commodity merchant and development accelerator, focused on incubating, scaling, and funding businesses and assets that are essential for clean energy transition, artificial intelligence infrastructure, national defense, and the broader commodity and energy sectors.
Previously, Mr. Jose was the Vice President and Portfolio Manager for a multi-billion dollar single family office where he built the investment, diligence, and reporting processes. As an investment committee member, he led the allocation process to private markets and direct deals. Prior to this, he worked for a series of private equity portfolio companies building corporate finance functions after acquisitions.
He earned an MBA with honors from the University of ChicagoBooth School of Business and a BBA in Finance and a BS in Economics fromSouthern Methodist University.
